      Will it arrive before Christmas?

      Order by December 1 for the United States, Canada, the UK and Europe, and by November 24 for Australia and New Zealand. Every order is tracked, and the tracking number arrives by email the moment it ships.

      How much is shipping?

      Free over $49, and at the equivalent threshold in every other market we ship to. Below that it is a flat $5.95.

      Will I pay customs or duties?

      No. Prices for the United Kingdom and the European Union already include VAT and import duties, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

      What if I change my mind?

      You have 30 days from delivery. Write to us with your order number and we send return instructions the same working day.

      Which countries do you ship to?

      North America, the UK, Ireland, most of Europe, Australia and New Zealand. If your country appears at checkout, we ship there.
